Little Church Day Camp
The Mysteries of the Kingdom
Children will learn about the Kingdom of God through catechesis (religious instruction) and tactile exploration of biblical parables, including but not limited to: the mustard seed, and the parable of the leaven.
About the Camp & Facilitator:
Little Church Day Camp is a one-of-a-kind experience! Created by Springbank Catholic Family of Parishes Pastoral Minister, Alex, a Level I Catechist with the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd in Canada (learn more). LCC introduces young believers to topics of the Catholic faith 'at their level,' combining faith-based presentations, opportunities to work with catechetical materials, and fun! Snacks and outdoor time (weather permitting) are built into each day.
Who can be a camper?:
Children ages 4 years old up to and including 6 years old at the time of camp.
Do parents/caregivers have to attend?:
Children who require toileting assistance must be accompanied by a grown-up (18+), for the duration of camp.

St. John the Divine Parish (390 Base Line Rd. W.)
Time:
10AM - 12PM, daily
Cost per week of camp:
$25 (non-refundable two-weeks before Little Camp start date)
