Camp Overview

Who can be a camper?: Children ages 3 years old up to and including 6 years old at the time of camp

Do parents/caregivers have to attend?: Children wearing diapers/pull-ups, and who need assistance toileting must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver over the age of 18 years old

Dates & Locations:

- Stream 1 (July 21-25): St. John the Divine Parish (390 Base Line Rd. W.)

- Stream 2 (July 27, Aug. 3, 10, 17, 24): St. George Parish (1164 Commissioners Rd. W., London, ON)

Time: 10AM - 12PM

Cost per week of camp: $25 (non-refundable two-weeks before Little Camp start date)

Information Session

Little Church Day Camp is not a typical summer camp experience. Little Church includes time for hands-on (family) exploration of the theme of the stream, and offers an experience of the 'Catechesis of the Good Shepherd' (CGS), a time-tested approach to faith formation that was created by Sofia Cavaletti who studied under Maria Montessori. Think of CGS as a Catholic Montessori experience! As this may be a new experience for many families, attending a general information session ahead of Little Church Day Camp is strongly recommended to determine if this will be a suitable experience for your child.

Camp Selection

Two streams of Little Church Day Camp will be offered this summer. Stream 1 will focus on the Liturgical Colors of the Church, and be facilitated from St. John the Divine Parish. Stream 2 will focus on how the priest gets ready to celebrate Mass, and be facilitated from St. George Parish. Both streams will run from 10AM until 12PM. Priority will be given to applications of campers available to attend the whole stream selection.

Camp applications are not final until a member from our Team has e-mailed to confirm registration, and payment must be received within 2 business days after registration is confirmed in order to guarantee your camper's spot(s). If you do not confirm the spot within 48 hours upon receiving a registration offer, the spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
