Reasonable efforts will be made not to identify participants by name. Springbank Catholic Family of Parishes is not responsible if participants disseminate names.

I understand a Waiver is required to complete NET Retreat registration. By submitting this web form, a Waiver will be e-mailed to the parent/legal guardian of the participant; to be completed and returned by May 9.

I understand that a $25 Registration Fee is required to complete registration for NET Retreat. This fee is payable by cash to the Parish Office (St. George Parish, 1164 Commissioners Rd W; open Tuesday - Friday, 8:30AM-4:30PM; or e-transfer to stgeorge@dol.ca with MEMO: NET Retreat Registration Fee). Due ahead of May 9.
