Baptism Registration

General Information

Infants and children who have not yet reached catechetical age (the age of 7) may receive the sacrament of Baptism permitting that their parents, or the person who lawfully holds their place, give their consent; and there is a well-founded hope that the child will be brought up in the Catholic Church. If your child is 7 years old, or older, please do not complete this form. Instead, please contact: sacramentsatspringbank@dol.ca Required

Baptism Preparation

Preparation to celebrate the sacrament of Baptism is offered year-round. The goals of these sessions is to connect with other families in a similar life's stage; to deepen one's understanding of the sacrament and the role of godparents; and to review what the day of Baptism will look like. Following the completion of Baptism Preparation, families may choose the date for the celebration of the sacrament. Required
Baptism Preparation is offered on select Sunday mornings, at St. John the Divine Parish (Loft), inclusive of small group dialogue (8:45AM until 9:45AM), and Mass (10AM). Registration is required. Required
Parents who have not yet had a child baptized are required to attend TWO sessions of Baptism Preparation. Please choose one set of dates:
Parents who have already had a child baptized are required to attend ONE session. Please choose one:
